As of Feburary 1st 2020, for any new incident, defined as a failure on our part to deliver on any of the promises below, we will offer a rebate of up to $2,000.

The process is simple. For any incident occuring as of February 1, 2020:
- Submit a claim within seven (7) days of the incident here.
- Once we have verified your claim, we will notify you via email.
- The rebate will be applied to your account within two (2) bill cycles.
